For registered dietitians: Any type of live lecture, seminar, or workshop series does not require prior approval from CDR. As long as it is dietetics-related (relates to a four-digit Learning Need Code from your approved Step 3 Learning Plan) and intended for a professional audience. Credit one contact hour of learning per one CPE unit (subtracting out any registration time, breaks, lunches, etc). Retain the agenda for audit purposes to verify the date of completion and the number of CPE hours.
