JACKSON, Miss. – The Mississippi Department of Education’s Office of Educator Quality will host a career fair for educators on Saturday, April 11 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Jackson Convention Complex.
The event is for teachers, teacher candidates, school district officials, college and university representatives and teacher organizations. The career fair will include a session on classroom management and a session on how to interview and select great teachers. Informational sessions on the pathways to teacher certification are available to anyone interested in becoming a teacher.
