JACKSON, Miss. – The Mississippi Board of Education will have its monthly meeting at 10 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 20 at the South Pointe Business Park in Clinton. The Mississippi Department of Education temporarily moved from the Central High School Building following a fire behind the Jackson Marriott.
The one-day meeting will take place in the 4rd floor boardroom at South Pointe. Visitors should come to the main entrance, where they will be directed to the location. Also, visitors may park in the visitor lot or in any parking space that is not reserved. Directions to South Pointe Business Park, 500 Clinton Center Drive, are as follows:
- Take I-20 to Exit 36/Springridge Road and keep left. Turn left onto Springridge Road. In 0.3 miles, turn right onto Clinton Center Drive. Drive 0.3 miles to the campus entrance at the end of Clinton Center Drive.
