Mississippi Connects: Digital Learning Coaches

As a part of the Mississippi Connects initiative, the Digital Learning Coach (DLC) program provides individualized support to administrators and teachers as they adapt to the challenges of digital learning and use educational technology to improve student outcomes. Schools that participate in the DLC program can select from the following FREE supports during the 2023-2024 school year:

  • Full Digital Learning Supports: Provides coaching support to a cohort of teachers and school-wide professional learning designed to improve digital instructional practices.
  • Leader Tech Skills: Supplies coaching support designed to improve the technology skills of the administrator or leadership team. 
  • Professional Learning: Offers school-wide professional learning (delivered up to 4 times per semester) designed to meet the school's digital learning goals.
  • Leader Tech Skills + Professional Learning: Combines Leader Tech Skills and Professional Learning support.
  • Tech Innovator Development: Delivers mentoring support with a cohort of teachers designed to build digital learning innovators and leaders. (Available only to schools that have previously received coaching support.)

2023-24 DLC Support Schools

Digital Learning Coach supports for the 2023-24 school year have been awarded to 90 schools.
