About: The Mississippi Department of Education (MDE) is hosting a series of regional trainings designed for Parent Liaisons, Parent Center Directors, Parent and Family Engagement Coordinators, and other staff working to support parents. This series of day-and-a-half regional trainings is designed to provide hands-on resources essential for the development and implementation of effective partnerships between the parent, school, and the community.
Key resources will include Parent’s Guide to Understanding MTSS, the Family Engagement Framework and Toolkit, Access for All Framework, the Read at Home Plans, Family Guides for Student Success, and The ABCs of the Early Warning System.
